…re’s not enough time! There are only 24 hours in the day!
Not having enough time … it’s the #1 excuse for not exercising. Deadlines at work, appointments, family obligations … all clamour for your attention. Exercise gets shunted off to the side … it’s not a priority.
Well … it should be. Make it one of the important activities of your day … make it a deadline to get in shape, make it an appointment, make it an obligation. It’s that important!
~ Exercise for Success ~
When you’re under pressure … it’s easy to make excuses and not exercise. You’re tired, you can’t afford the time. But, most successful people find the time. And because they find the time … they are successful.
You see … when you don’t exercise, you get out of shape … when you’re out of shape, you can’t work efficiently. In the end, you actually put yourself under more pressure.
Exercise can contribute to your success … it can help you meet those deadlines … be ready for those appointments … have the energy for those family obligations. You see, exercise is a great way to give yourself a break.

Local Favorites
I can probably speak for many when I say the Preston and Steve radio show is a local favorite. But, I would contend that they are probably one of the best morning shows in the country. How many radio shows do you know that have their own brand of ice cream, not many, if any. That’s right, Preston and Steve have an incredibly delicious ice cream flavor dubbed “Gadzooks”, check it out.
Not only is Preston Elliot and Steve Morrisson running a great radio show, they have the uncanny ability to take a simple phrase like “monkey pick a$$” (spoken with an English accent), and make it wildly funny to hear and acceptable to repeat.
The Preston and Steve show is aired locally on 93.3 WMMR, and can be hear around the world by steaming audio via http://www.wmmr.com/, and Podcast. So if you are up to hear something funny on the radio, and are tired of Howard Stern claiming he invented everything, give the Preston and Steve show a shot. From “monkey pick a$$” to “Gadzooks” you wont be disappointed, and if you are lucky may hear some old street fighter sound clips.
Hope you enjoy their show.

On the surface, this is a no-brainer its everything about the commute itself. The time involved, the energy it takes, and – did I mention the time involved? Underneath it though, there are many other factors that go into making us feel drained during the commute, and they can be very different for each person. If your goal is to alleviate the stress of the commute, then it helps to understand what it is that actually is causing the stress in the first place.
For example, is it the distance, the traffic, the amount of time sitting in one place, fears of breaking down or having an accident? Or could it be that when someone else is in control, forcing you to give up your control – for example to a pilot, a bus driver, or a conductor – it sap your energy or makes you tense.
Understanding what causes you to become tense and putting a name to it will help you on your way to overcoming the impact of this stress. A good time to think about these issues is when you are commuting. It will give you a more accurate way to identify the causes

There are many advantages to eating fruit and vegetables raw. Water-soluble vitamins (such as vitamin C) are destroyed by heating, so there will be less vitamin C in a cooked carrot than in a similar raw carrot.
But for some nutrients, cooking (and juicing) is more nutritious, because it makes the nutrients more easily assimilated. Cooking and juicing breaks down tough fibres and allows the digestive juices to work more effectively on the vegetable. This is particularly important for someone who is elderly, ill or who has impaired digestion.
For example, research has shown that we absorb approximately 3-4% of carotenoids from raw carrots and 15-20% from cooked carrots. Carotenoids are plant pigments that give yellow, orange and red fruit and vegetables their colour. Carotenoids are powerful antioxidants, so have a role in helping us fight old age and cancer.
Juicing fruit and vegetables is an excellent way to combine the advantages of both raw and cooked. There are a lot of different juicers out there, so I decided to ask the experts at the Wholistic Research Company in the UK for more about juicing and juicers.
What are the benefits of a juicer over just eating fresh fruit and

If you know a sports lover than you also know that they absolutely love any gift associated with their favorite team, sport or player. They probably have car flags and bumper stickers all over the car, desk and family room. It may be hard finding something they dont already have. Looking for the perfect can be just as easy as sitting down to watch the game.
Sports Jerseys seem to be very popular and it seems like everyone has one. The only problem is that before the next laundry day, the player has been traded to another team! Yikes! A better gift suggestion is buying a retro jersey or college jersey. With retro and college jerseys, you dont have to worry about the player being traded, because the point is to acknowledge the players past. These jerseys tend to be more expensive, especially the authentic ones, but you can find great deals on the off season of the given sport.
Tickets to the game are always appreciated. This is one of those gifts that no matter how many times it has been given, it never gets old. Why? Same tickets, different games! Experiencing the sport up close and

You hear about automotive recalls all the time in the newspaper, on the Internet, as well as on the nightly news. Amazingly, one in 12 cars traveling the roads today were recalled for one reason or another in 2003. However, even more amazing is the fact that only one third of the owners of the recalled vehicles chose to take their car in for the needed repairs. The car manufacturers are required to send out letters informing owners of these vehicles of the recall, regardless of whether it is a major or minor event. Also, the information regarding the recall is delivered to consumers in so many different mediums it is almost impossible that owners of the affected vehicles do not learn of the problems. However, people seem to think that if they are not experiencing any problems at the moment then the recall affects all of the other vehicles instead of theirs and end up ignoring the recall. This is negligence and simply asking for the problem with the car to crop up. However, if this happens after the recall then it is the owners fault because they were given the information and allowed to fix the problem

This article goes into the basics of tennis for beginners. What are the first things you have to do when starting to play tennis?? At what age should you begin? And what’s the best tennis racquet to begin with?
To start, one of the best ways of learning to play tennis is to use your body’s natural abilities. If you do this the right way, you will build up thousands of natural muscle connections. It will ensure that you can keep on developing and never run into a dead end along the way.
First Steps to Take
Three things are crucial to me when it comes to tennis for beginners:
Step 1 – In case you have never had previous tennis coaching, then find yourself a tennis coach who can teach you the fundamentals. Only when you have learned the basics of tennis, you can move on to more advanced stuff.
Step 2 – This is about really delving into tennis through reading, watching tennis games, and practicing tennis as much as you possibly can. My favorite motto is “sleep, drink, eat tennis”.
Step 3 – Now it’s time to learn specific baseline tactics and

It is truly beyond my abilities to express my gratitude and give my thanks to the military for their service to the world as they fight for our freedom. It is my hope that the following tribute will in part do that.
We are at war! While we enjoy our comfortable homes, food on the table and clean water to drink, thousands of brave men and women of the armed forces are defending our homeland in constant danger, lack of sleep, cold, wet, filth, dust, trenches, hunger and longing for home, so that we may enjoy our freedom. They have put their personal lives on hold, left their families, comfort and all they know to go to another country and fight for not only the U.S.A. but the whole world. The United States is the only country who defends other countries and then returns it back to its people, enabling them to enjoy their new found freedom from tyranny. The military prevents terror from spreading throughout the world. So let’s get behind our troops!
Terrorists are brutal murderers without conscience. It is their determination to take out the U.S.A. at any cost and are currently infiltrating and targeting

The importance of adsense tracker.
You should not be contented with the reports you are getting out of search engines about your adsense. Although they can tell you what is happening, they do not really tell you how you can still develop these ads to get more money out of them.
Adsense tracker can do all this and more for you. Compared to search engine reports, what you will get from adsense trackers will help you to improve the income you are already getting. Adsense trackers help you and your site grow and not always stagnant.
Adsense tracker:
1. Helps you suggest which keywords and search engines to use to make more money.
Click thru rates are being broken down by adsense trackers into two categories; search engine keywords and the search engines themselves. Once this is done, you will have no more problem in choosing which keywords to use more in a specific engine.
Adsense tracker can also help you in selecting the sites that you can link to. They will choose quality and high traffic sites from among the many existing ones.
2. Tells you the kind of content you should be creating.
Adsense tracker will be

Body mass index, or BMI, is a new term to most people. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. BMI uses a mathematical formula that takes into account both a person’s height and weight. It equals a person’s weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared, hence, the formula: BMI=kg/m2. It is designed for men and women over the age of 18. A healthy BMI is between 20 and 25. A result below 20 indicates that one may be underweight; a figure above 25 indicates that a person may be overweight. BMI is also the measurement of choice for many physicians and researchers studying obesity.

This is for those people with cellulite or those who desire to prevent it: you are advised to go on a detoxifying diet, including in it many fresh fruits and vegetables, and avoiding black tea, iced tea, coffee and alcohol.
The canned foods also need to be forbidden. Important aspects to have an eye on are the water retainer alimentary substances, which can increase the problem of having cellulite. An example can be the sodium, existing in great amounts in the salt and gravies like Chinese shoyu. Lactose (sugar of milk) can provide the same effect, so it also has to be consumed with moderation. Choose yoghurts and cheeses that possess reduced lactose. It is also important to reduce the fat on the diet, since it contributes for the increase of cells that produce the adipose tissue, consequently leading to weight gaining, and this is extremely related with the advance of the cellulite. Associated to a balanced diet, you must practice exercises regularly.
You should rather food that contain vitamins, fibres, minerals and fewer calories, since they regulate the process of energy production in the system, besides diminishing the absorption of fat of foods and controlling the restoration
